This clown hats kit lets you create your own circus themed party hats!
Pack contains everything you need to make six circus themed party hats, including: 6 child sized cardboard hats with elastic headbands, 2 circus sticker sheets, 20 EVA foam attachments (stars and dots) and 20 pom pom attachments.
