Pack includes 30 blank brown pennant flags made from paper, as well as 3.5 metres of brown twine. Pennants feature pre-punched holes to thread the twine through to create your party banner. You can customise this banner using anything from our arts and crafts range to create a unique banner for your event. Kids will have a great time helping with this project too!
